Vicky at Meridiem offers one to one support, group courses and workshops for every step of the way from conception to being a parent and beyond. One of her main goals is to empower parents-to-be and give evidence based information and tools for a feeling of confidence and calm as they find their own path from pregnancy to parenthood. Paving the way for a positive experience of pregnancy, labour, birth and the early days with baby so that they can have the best possible start to the really exciting journey – the one of meeting and getting to know their new family member, and themselves as parents. In addition Vicky is also there for all women, her Mamas and other Birth Workers included, even beyond the childbearing years – through Yoga, treatments, and hormone & lifestyle education specially tailored for womenās needs.
